Craftsmanship

Chelsea Textiles has been hand-crafting beautiful textiles and furniture for over three decades.

Employing traditional techniques with precise attention to detail, it upholds the company's ethos to create the antiques of the future.

Fabrics

Chelsea Textiles acclaimed hand-embroidered fabrics stand singly as exceptional examples of their type with an elegant palette informed by 18th Century documents.

Our printed fabrics are silk-screen printed by hand in our workshops. The irregularities inherent in the hand-crafted process add a vintage and entirely authentic quality to these unique fabrics.

The company prides itself on using only authentic materials, handworked by master craftsmen to create unique pieces which will stand the test of time.

In the Book of Fabrics, you can see a selection of our fabrics shown on a variety of antique and mid-century chairs, harmonising with the patina of each, demonstrating their ease of use  and sustainability for furnishing contemporary and historic homes.

Hand Crafted Furniture

Chelsea Textiles furniture workshop has been hand-crafting beautiful wooden furniture for over 20 years. Made by hand, each piece is uniquely hand-painted and distressed by master craftsmen. It has taken years to perfect the distressed look that is synonymous with the brand.

Using sustainable materials, Chelsea Textiles now offer furniture in Gustavian, French & English Country, Faux Bamboo, Mid-Century, Cast Bronze, Bobbin and Junior styles. The full range of pieces can be seen in our Book of Furniture here.
